Reviews and Ratings
I had the most amazing view over the kids' pool and down the whole beach at this hotel. The rooms were wonderful with a simple yet nicely done design and a grand view of rooftops with old clothing, a towel, and other debris. The service was a mixed bag, with some instances of inattentiveness. The location was incredible, perfectly situated at Waikiki beach with lots of nearby restaurants. The dining experience had a good spread but could have offered more variety, especially in the pastry/muffin choices.
The hotel's location is unbeatable, right on the beach and in the heart of the shopping strip, offering a perfect setting for exploring Waikiki. While the rooms were a bit tired and lacked some expected furniture, the service was top-notch with friendly staff and great facilities. Dining options may not have been exceptional, but the convenience and proximity to the beach make up for it.
The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with a great view, but some areas are tired. The service was wonderful overall, although there was a negative incident of staff entering the room without knocking. The location is excellent, just off the main street with easy access to shopping and dining options. The dining experience was catered to the Asian market and could be improved in terms of quality and pricing.
The hotel is situated right on the Waikiki Strip, making it convenient for exploring luxury brands, top restaurants, and shops. The rooms, though small unless booking a suite, were extremely clean and spacious. The service was generally respectful of mask rules, except for an incident of entering the room without knocking. The dining options, tailored mainly to Japanese tourists, were limited and not very appealing. The location is excellent for high-end shopping and central access to various amenities.
The hotel had clean and nice rooms with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, but the bathroom facilities didn't work to the fullest. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were some security concerns. The dining options were mainly catered to the Asian market and could have offered more variety. The facilities were adequate, but security issues impacted the overall experience.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were a stark contrast to the lively vibe on the balcony and felt a bit outdated, they were comfortable overall. However, the noise level on the balcony was a downside as the air conditioning fans were too loud, making it hard to relax and enjoy the view properly. Additionally, the room tended to be more on the cold side than warm.
The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything, with plenty of shops nearby. However, the rooms are small and feel a bit dated, missing some essential furniture. The service was friendly, but safety and security were concerns. The dining options were average, offering repetitive menus over a week. The facilities were decent, offering various services for guests.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were impeccably clean and the beds were so comfortable. I enjoyed a full ocean view overlooking Diamond Head, the main beach of Waikiki. However, the room felt a bit more on the cold side than warm. The location was exceptional, facing the ocean and with easy access to transportation, but the space seemed small for such a large hotel.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was spectacular, right next to good restaurants and shops, with easy access to transportation. The rooms offered a beautiful ocean view, but they were quite noisy and dusty, and the cleaning seemed superficial. The service was inconsistent but professional, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure safety during inclement weather. The dining options were disappointing, limited mostly to basic breakfast items. Overall, the experience was decent, with some aspects shining more than others.
The hotel offers a grand view of rooftops with old clothing, a towel, and other debris and, although it is costly at almost $1000 AU per night, the room was extremely clean and spacious. Service was a mixed bag but the staff at the edge pool were kind and helpful. The location was excellent, right in the middle of the city, allowing easy access to neighboring beaches and attractions. The dining options were mainly catered to the Asian market, which may not suit all tastes.
I couldn't get enough of the amazing views just below our rooms, but the price is a bit steep at $350 per night. The staff is always there to assist, although there was an unnecessary discussion before the room change during the hurricane scare.
